Happy Sunday!!!!

Sunday is both my favorite day and least favorite day of the week. I work nights Monday thru Friday, so when I get off work on Saturday morning, I get some stuff done and try to get about 4 hours of sleep. I get up and try to be husband and father and have a normal rest of the day, going to bed at around 11ish. I get a full nights sleep and am raring to go on Sunday. Sunday is my least favorite day because I have to go back to work Monday night so I have to get back into my day sleeping schedule.
Today was a good day, I got almost all my Christmas shopping done, only got 1 or 2 folks left. I HATE shopping this time of year!!!!! People are getting ruder and ruder and it's getting to the point where it's not safe to go to a mall anymore. I don't feel comfortable going too many places without packing a taser with me. I think I will finish my shopping online.
After shopping I went to my monthly magic club meeting. I have been a member of the Tacoma Magic Club, Ring 70 of The International Brotherhood of Magicians for almost 15 years. We had a great turnout this month, which makes the meeting alot of fun.

My mentor, Rick Anderson
Club members discussing magic Steve Dobson performing some card effects.
WOW!!! How did you Do that????
I had my son, Andrew, with me all day. Darlene, her Mom and a friend were butchering chickens all day. Andrew went nuts running around all day, and at the club meeting. He finally passed out on the way home.

Yesterday, I bought myself a new game for my X Box 360, Left 4 Dead, GREAT GAME!!!!!!! It's a zombie apocalypse game where you and 3 other survivors have to fight your way across town thru a hoard of zombies to get rescued. You can play alone with 3 A.I controlled characters or play online with 3 other players. I love playing the Sci-Fi Horror games. I am also a big fan of zombie movies, George A. Romero is a genius in this genre. He has made 5 movies to date, Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead, Land of the Dead and Diary of the Dead. He has another film coming out next year. If you check out these films, watch the ORIGINALS, and the remakes of Night of the Living Dead from 1990 and Dawn of the Dead from a couple years ago. AVOID the remake of Day of the Dead from 2008. Another couple great zombie films were Shaun of the Dead and Fido.
